Last night Matt K made me Kava root (dirt water) to alleviate the pain in my ribs. Tasted pretty awful, I had to chug a whole glass of it, dirt particles and all. It certainly relieved my pain and relaxed my muscles. Thank you Mother Nature and Matt K.
